Legal Advisor – Immigration (EB-2 NIW)

About the role

MIB Consult is seeking a full‑time Legal Advisor to support its immigration guidance services, specifically the EB‑2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petition process. The position is hybrid, combining remote work with occasional on‑site collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents related to EB‑2 NIW petitions.
• Manage client cases from intake through submission, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain client relationships, providing clear updates and answering legal queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold high service standards.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking and social media outreach.

Required profile

• Called to the Ghana Bar and completed mandatory pupillage.
• Strong ability in legal drafting, writing, and case management.
• Demonstrated aptitude for business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and power backup.
