About the role
Deloitte Ghana is seeking a Legal Advisory Consultant to join its regulatory team. You will provide comprehensive legal advice to corporate and individual clients across a range of commercial and employment law matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on commercial agreements, corporate restructuring, financing, M&A, and corporate governance.
- Assist clients with regulatory compliance and conduct legal due‑diligence on partners, suppliers and potential acquisitions.
- Deliver company secretarial services and support business development for corporate legal services.
Required profile
- LLB with at least second class upper from a recognized university (Ghana or overseas).
- Admitted to the Ghana Bar (QCL or equivalent); LLM or master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant advisory experience, strong research and analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
