About the role
The Legal & Compliance Manager ensures that all business activities, transactions, partnerships, and operations are conducted within a sound legal framework and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This proactive role focuses on risk management and supports commercial initiatives with solid legal structures.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the legal integrity of all contracts and agreements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all operational areas.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
- Support structured and secure deal execution.
- Provide proactive legal advice to prevent disputes, penalties, and operational shutdowns.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of experience in legal, compliance, or related functions.
- Proven experience drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Required skills
- Strong legal analysis.
- Attention to detail.
- Contract drafting ability.
- Risk assessment skills.
- Effective communication and advisory capability.
