Property Consultant – Luxury Residential Sales

About the role

VAAL Real Estate Ghana is seeking a full‑time Property Consultant to work on‑site in Accra. You will guide high‑net‑worth clients through the identification, viewing, and purchase or lease of luxury residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and explain project features, pricing and benefits.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on leads; prepare sales proposals and required documentation.
• Support clients through negotiations, closing and post‑sale service.
• Gather market insights, participate in promotional activities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent client experience aligned with VAAL’s brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge, especially in luxury residential developments.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales skills including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as CRM systems, email and spreadsheets.
• Organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Previous experience in real‑estate sales or property consulting is highly beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
