Manager, Investor Relations

About the role

The Manager, Investor Relations will act as the primary liaison between MTN, its investors, regulators and other key stakeholders. The role ensures transparent financial communication, aligns stakeholder expectations with corporate objectives and supports the company’s ESG and governance priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for investors, analysts and their representatives, providing timely financial and non‑financial information.
• Contribute to board discussions on investor concerns and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with the Ghana Securities and Exchange Code and other statutory communication requirements.
• Develop, maintain and execute the company’s investor‑relations plan.
• Perform competitive analysis, including financial modeling and metric benchmarking.
• Collaborate with MTN Ghana’s ecosystem partners and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Create and manage presentations, press releases, earnings materials, conference call scripts and Q&A documents.
• Oversee investor‑relations content on the corporate website and maintain relationships with stock‑exchange representatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing relationships with investors, regulators and senior management.
• Strong knowledge of the Ghana Securities and Exchange Code and public‑listed company requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive investor‑relations strategies.
• Experience conducting financial analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Comfort working in a performance‑driven, multicultural environment with ESG focus.
