Market Analyst

About the role

Premium Hub is seeking a Market Analyst to join its hybrid team in Accra. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting market data on digital tools and SaaS products, turning insights into actionable recommendations that support pricing, product positioning, and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assess customer behavior and translate findings into strategic insights for pricing and product positioning.
• Prepare regular reports and interactive dashboards for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to evaluate new market opportunities and forecast demand.
• Support the refinement of go‑to‑market plans and present findings in clear, actionable formats.

Required profile

• Strong market analysis and research abilities with a knack for turning data into business insights.
• High‑level analytical skills and comfort with quantitative analysis.
• Effective communication skills for presenting complex information to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Foundational understanding of finance, revenue models, pricing strategies, and basic forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with SaaS, digital tools, or technology‑driven businesses is a plus.
• Comfortable with hybrid work, strong time‑management, and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
