Marketing Coordinator

About the role

HRLeverage is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive brand visibility for Rabbi Herbal Center and Ranbbi Water across Kumasi and Ghana. This full‑time, on‑site position will support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and product promotions for both brands, managing the marketing calendar and budget.
• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business), creating content such as photos, short videos, posts and responding to customer enquiries.
• Support sales with collateral (catalogues, flyers, posters) and represent the brands at trade fairs, health‑wellness events and retail activations.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and customer preferences, and report on KPIs like reach, engagement and sales uplift.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management or sales support, preferably in FMCG, herbal or consumer products.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; knowledge of Twi is a plus.
• Creative, organized, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, basic photo/video editing).
• Microsoft Office Suite and basic analytics tools.
