Social Media Content & Strategy Executive

About the role

Maxbuy Ghana is looking for a dynamic Social Media Content & Strategy Executive to lead its digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X. You will create engaging short‑form videos, manage daily posting, and drive audience growth and sales conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy, planning monthly, weekly and daily calendars.
• Produce, shoot and edit high‑quality short‑form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) using tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere or InShot.
• Publish and optimise content with appropriate captions, hashtags and posting times, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Host regular livestreams on TikTok Live and Instagram Live, presenting products, promotions and handling real‑time viewer interaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align content with campaigns, product launches and business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Specialist or similar role with a portfolio of TikTok/Reels work.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends and audience behaviour.
• Excellent communication, on‑camera presence and ability to work independently meeting daily content targets.
