Marketing Executive – Healthcare Services

About the role

Sunshine Healthcare LTD is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to promote its medical services to doctors, clinics and hospitals in Ghana. The role requires a smart, pleasant personality with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively market healthcare solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team, analyse campaign performance and contribute to the development of the company’s brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting doctors, clinics and hospitals.
• Create promotional materials and digital content that highlight the company’s medical services.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate events, webinars and outreach activities to increase brand visibility.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Smart and pleasant personality with excellent communication abilities.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• HND, Diploma or Degree from a recognised institute or university.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
