Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, advertising and promotional activities across Accra and the Tema region. The role involves developing strategies, conducting market research, and managing budgets to drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Conduct market research to determine requirements for existing and future products.
• Analyze customer research, market conditions and competitor information.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products.
• Expand and develop marketing platforms, including social media.
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Determine and manage the marketing budget and ensure activities stay within agreed limits.
• Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Business or marketing‑related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in developing and managing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in customer and market research.
• Relevant product and industry knowledge, particularly in advertising, media and communications.
