About the role
The Marketing Officer will design and execute marketing strategies that boost student recruitment, raise the university’s brand visibility, and support overall growth. The role blends digital campaigns with on‑ground activities such as school visits, education fairs, and outreach programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote academic programmes and increase enrolment.
- Run digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
- Organise and conduct school visits, education fairs, and outreach events to generate leads.
- Create engaging content for social media, the university website, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate admissions campaigns and guide prospective students through the enrolment process.
- Track, analyse, and optimise marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, partners, and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in education, admissions, or service‑based industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and travel for outreach activities.
