Marketing Officer – Admissions & Outreach

About the role

The Marketing Officer will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at boosting student recruitment, enhancing the university’s brand visibility, and supporting overall institutional growth. This position blends digital marketing with on‑ground outreach, focusing on admissions campaigns, school visits, and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote academic programmes and increase enrolment.
• Organise and conduct school visits, education fairs, workshops, and other outreach activities to generate prospective student leads.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, the university website, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate admissions campaigns and guide prospective students through the enrolment process.
• Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting campaigns for optimal results.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with institutional objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Support branding, advertising, and public‑relations activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within education, admissions, or service‑based sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
