About the role

AllDrugs Pharmacy Limited is seeking a motivated Medical Counter Assistant (MCA) to join its Retail Division. The role focuses on driving sales, representing the brand at medical events, and providing excellent customer service in a pharmacy setting.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and increase market share within the designated territory.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to shape effective sales strategies.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and other industry events.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and medical affairs teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on clinical data, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
• Provide reliable after‑sales support and respond to customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Pharmacy Council Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid Ghana driving licence.
