Medical Sales Executive

About the role

The Medical Sales Executive will join Nextcrop NGO’s healthcare team in Accra, working full‑time on‑site to drive the promotion and distribution of medical products and services. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the organization’s mission of improving community health.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Promote and sell medical devices and healthcare solutions to meet sales targets.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Conduct market analysis and identify emerging opportunities.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Good knowledge of healthcare products, medical devices, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in medical sales or a related sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
