About the role
We are looking for proactive, customer‑focused Medication Counter Assistants to join our growing pharmacy team. In this role you will be the front‑line contact for customers seeking medication, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at the counter.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers at the medication counter, answering queries and providing guidance.
- Prepare and dispense medication under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shelves are stocked.
- Follow all pharmacy regulations and safety procedures.
- Support a fast‑paced retail pharmacy environment while delivering high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a relevant pharmacy setting.
- Certificate or qualification recognised by the Pharmacy Council.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving retail pharmacy environment.
- Residence within or close to the stated location.
Required skills
- Pharmacy Council recognised qualification.
