About the role
The private facility located near Achimota, Tantra Hill is seeking a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) to support its pharmacy operations. This position involves direct interaction with customers, handling medicine sales, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day counter activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers at the medicine counter, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Process sales transactions and maintain proper documentation of dispensed medicines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked counter area.
- Support pharmacy staff with inventory checks and restocking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Graduate with a valid Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) certificate.
- Fast and accurate work pace with strong computer literacy.
- Previous experience in pharmacy support, hospital assistance, or retail medicine sales is an advantage.
- Friendly, neat, and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Residence within Taifa, Tantra Hill, Achimota or Pokuase.
