About the role
The MSMEs Associate will lead the development and management of Solis Finance’s relationships with micro, small and medium‑enterprise (MSME) clients. This position focuses on driving loan and deposit growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring that Solis products meet the evolving needs of MSMEs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies to increase MSME loan disbursements and deposit mobilisation.
- Acquire new MSME customers through partnerships, direct sourcing, and business‑development initiatives.
- Strengthen existing MSME relationships by cross‑selling and upselling Solis financial products.
- Monitor transaction growth and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise Business Development Analysts focused on MSMEs, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to enhance MSME partner journeys and align offerings with client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the MSME portfolio.
- Track client performance metrics and deliver insights to support growth and retention.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage business clients and drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with MSMEs or financial products is an advantage.
