About the role

The Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS) is recruiting qualified educators for a range of teaching and leadership positions across reputable basic schools in Kwahu West Municipality. Candidates will support the rollout of the new standards‑based curriculum introduced by the Ministry of Education.

Key responsibilities

Deliver curriculum-aligned instruction for early childhood, primary, and junior high levels.
Manage classroom environments and assess student progress.
Collaborate with school leadership to implement curriculum reforms.
Provide specialized support for special education needs where applicable.
Oversee extracurricular and co‑curricular programmes.
Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the Ministry.

Required profile

Relevant teaching qualifications and certification.
Experience in the Ghanaian education system or comparable environment.
Strong knowledge of the new standards‑based curriculum.
Ability to work effectively in a school community.
