Teaching Positions Across All Levels – 25 Vacancies

About the role

The Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS) is recruiting qualified educators for 25 positions across a range of basic schools in Kwahu West Municipality. Candidates will support the implementation of the new standards‑based curriculum introduced by the Ministry of Education.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum content for assigned classes or subjects at early childhood, lower primary, upper primary, junior high, and special education levels.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources aligned with national standards.
• Manage classroom environments and maintain discipline.
• Collaborate with school leadership, including headteachers and school managers, to improve teaching practices.
• Participate in co‑curricular programmes, physical education, and library services where applicable.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification or certification for the specific level (e.g., ECCD, primary, junior high, special education).
• Experience in classroom teaching or related educational roles.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian curriculum and standards‑based instruction.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
