National Service Personnel – Education Support

About the role

The National Service Personnel will join Enlace Education Services in Accra to support daily operations of its student‑focused programs. Working full‑time on‑site, you will facilitate learning sessions, assist with mentorship activities, and help enroll students in the company’s Educational Support Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate learning sessions and provide on‑the‑spot assistance to students.
• Enroll learners onto the Educational Support Plan and explain program benefits.
• Respond to inquiries from students and families, providing clear information about services.
• Support coordination of mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship activities.
• Prepare basic learning materials, draft reports, manage emails and update simple content.
• Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and generate documentation required for program delivery.
