National Service Personnel – Student Support & Administration

About the role

The National Service Personnel will join Enlace Education Services in Accra to support daily operations and deliver student‑focused programmes. Working on‑site full‑time, you will facilitate learning sessions, guide mentorship activities, enrol students in support plans and handle a range of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate learning sessions and assist students during academic and mentorship activities.
• Enroll students onto the Educational Support Plan and explain programme details to families.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct follow‑up calls and provide timely information about support opportunities.
• Support coordination of mentorship programmes, educational tours, scholarship activities and events.
• Prepare basic learning materials, draft reports, manage emails and update content as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, perform data entry and assist with documentation and reporting.
