National Service Role – Patient Registration & Admin Support

About the role

The National Service role at PrimeCare Medical Center supports daily clinic operations in the Sekondi‑Takoradi Metropolitan District. You will assist with patient registration, records management, and basic administrative tasks while delivering courteous service to patients and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients and manage their records accurately.
• Perform basic data entry, reporting, and support outreach or health‑education activities.
• Provide front‑desk customer service, directing inquiries to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Follow established protocols, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of finance for data‑related tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Foundational sales skills to help promote health services when needed.
• Organizational attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and interest in healthcare or public service.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or completion of an accredited program eligible for national service placement.
