About the role

The organization seeks an Executive Director to lead all operational, financial and technical aspects, working closely with volunteers and professionals to achieve fundraising targets and expand the volunteer base.

Key responsibilities

Prepare accurate financial reports for the board and conduct annual budget, monthly, quarterly and forecast reviews.
Lead volunteer recruitment activities and manage site staff to support all departments.
Develop operations‑based financial models and approve major systems implementations for cost and inventory control.
Retain a diverse, highly qualified staff and volunteers by providing coaching, growth and personal development.
Ensure services and funding relationships meet or exceed strategic goals.

Required profile

Proven leadership experience in a non‑profit environment.
Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting and operational modeling.
Ability to manage staff, volunteers and cross‑functional teams.
