Onsite Manager

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Onsite Manager to run the day‑to‑day operations of a premium entertainment and experience centre in Accra. The role combines facility oversight, event coordination and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring all audiovisual, cinema and smart‑technology systems are functional.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and manage the overall guest experience.
• Handle bookings, reservations and event schedules, including private screenings and corporate functions.
• Supervise, train and support onsite staff to maintain service standards.
• Monitor sales, bookings and operational performance, preparing regular reports.
• Support marketing initiatives and customer‑retention programmes.
• Maintain facility assets, equipment and inventory in good condition.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, customer service or facility management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience managing a customer‑facing venue is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administrative systems.
