Operations & Admin Officer

About the role

The Operations & Admin Officer will oversee daily administrative, operational and financial activities to ensure smooth business performance. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate office systems, internal communication and support production and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office procedures, documentation and reporting for leadership.
• Track production output, monitor inventory levels and coordinate maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, health and safety standards specific to food and drink production.
• Support basic finance functions including accounts processing and payroll administration.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships and customer service activities.
• Maintain and improve ERP and other business systems.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, HR or a related field.
• More than three years’ experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within the water or beverage sector.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills for supervising staff and handling customer interactions.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards for food/drink production.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with basic accounting software.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and ability to lead implementation of new solutions.
