Outbound Logistics Junior Associate

About the role

mPharma is looking for a motivated Outbound Logistics Junior Associate to join its Supply Chain team in Accra. You will be responsible for ensuring that outbound shipments are prepared, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time, supporting the company’s mission to make medicines affordable across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the loading of outbound shipments.
• Pick, stage and pack outbound orders while maintaining high productivity.
• Verify that inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Operate and oversee materials handling equipment safely.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security and a clean, organized work environment.
• Prepare and execute monthly stock counts.
• Create pick lists, load lists and delivery notes using SAP.
• Coordinate with the Transport Team to resolve delivery‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain, logistics or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, receiving, pick/pack operations and inbound test return processes.
• HND or degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or a related discipline (preferred).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or general healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be available to work on‑site in Accra.

Required skills

• SAP (knowledge of SAP for creating pick lists, load lists and delivery notes).
