Outer District Distribution Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Outer District Distribution Sales Specialist to lead terminal operations and drive customer development within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The role combines field sales, team leadership and data‑driven market management to ensure efficient distribution and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee terminal operations, including customer service, daily activities, and control of personnel, vehicles, cash and inventory.
• Build and manage a CRM‑focused market team, monitor daily performance and ensure accurate use of the CRM system.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, set market visit and order‑taking guidelines, and develop actionable sales plans.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, assess their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Support resolution of operational and business issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer development and channel expansion within FMCG.
• 3–5 years of FMCG experience, including managing a team of 3–5 people.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and prior work with companies such as Maqsood/Maiqu’er or China Mall is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for short‑term trips and work in different locations when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems for sales and market management.
