Partner, Partner Engagement

About the role

The Partner, Partner Engagement will support the design, coordination and execution of Mastercard Foundation’s Partner Stewardship and Accompaniment Framework. Reporting to the Head of Partner Stewardship, the role will translate strategy into day‑to‑day activities, ensuring consistent and high‑quality partner experiences across the Foundation’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll out partner accompaniment processes, including onboarding, capacity assessments and action plans.
• Coordinate delivery of accompaniment activities across partner archetypes, regions and thematic areas.
• Maintain and update the Marketplace Directory of vetted capacity‑building providers.
• Monitor and track all capacity‑enhancement activities to ensure alignment with the Foundation’s framework.
• Standardise partner onboarding, engagement and feedback mechanisms, supporting bi‑annual partner surveys and data analysis.
• Manage partner experience incidents, escalating as needed and documenting lessons learned.
• Develop and maintain guidelines, tools and digital resources such as the Partner Resource Hub and Partner Connect.
• Collaborate with internal programme teams, impact and learning units, and external partners to ensure cohesive delivery.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least five years of experience in partner engagement, coordination or programme support.
• Proven ability to design and implement partnership frameworks and capacity‑building initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring, reporting and translating partner feedback into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across diverse internal and external audiences.
