Partner Program Director

About the role

OpenFn is seeking a Partner Program Director to lead and expand its network of implementation partners and resellers. Based remotely in Sub‑Saharan Africa, you will work closely with consultancies and system integrators that embed OpenFn’s open‑source platform into government and NGO projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and onboard new implementation partners and resellers across Africa and globally.
• Guide partners through OpenFn’s Partner Program, presenting the value proposition and partnership requirements.
• Negotiate and formalise partnership agreements in line with the company’s partner model.
• Develop and deliver a certification programme to enable partners to sell and implement OpenFn solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with partners to uncover new revenue opportunities and drive partner‑generated recurring revenue.
• Provide ongoing training, enablement and support to ensure partner success.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing partner or channel programs, preferably in technology or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to build relationships with consultancies, system integrators and NGOs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 20‑40 % of the time.
• Fluency in English; additional French or Spanish is a plus.
