Patient Growth Coordinator

About the role

The Patient Growth Coordinator will work on‑site at EyeContact Vision Care in Kumasi, driving both acquisition of new patients and retention of existing ones. This full‑time position blends outreach, appointment management and community engagement to support the clinic’s growth and patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate a steady flow of new patient leads.
• Plan, promote and execute patient‑acquisition events such as workshops and open houses, and follow up with attendees to secure bookings.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, convert leads into scheduled appointments and confirm bookings.
• Support the clinic’s referral and community‑content initiatives, keeping outreach materials up‑to‑date.
• Represent the clinic at community events and outreach opportunities as needed.
• Assist with the recall system, contacting patients due for follow‑up visits or eyewear replacement.
• Reach out to lapsed patients to encourage re‑engagement with care services.
• Explain EyeContact’s payment‑subsidy options to patients who need financial assistance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated communication skills with patients and referral partners.
• Experience in coordinating events, appointments or customer‑service activities.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and track basic metrics.
• Proactive, community‑oriented mindset with a focus on service quality.
