Pattern Maker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pattern Maker to join our technical team in Koforidua. The role focuses on converting brand tech packs into accurate, production‑ready patterns and supporting efficient sample and bulk production. This is a hands‑on, onsite position reporting to the Factory Director and collaborating closely with both MGIL and EAA technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand tech packs and samples into graded, digital patterns.
• Develop and optimise marker plans, proposing alternative lays, fabric widths, and marker options to improve efficiency.
• Flag missing information in tech packs to the merchandising team.
• Contribute pattern, fit, and marker risk assessments for costing and sampling.
• Lead a small pattern team, providing guidance and technical support.
• Support product costing by producing consumption proposals based on pattern and marker data.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a pattern maker in garment manufacturing.
• Hands‑on ability to draft, grade, and build markers independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with technical and merchandising teams.
• Willingness to work onsite in a factory environment.
