Performance Marketing Specialist (Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑marketing specialist who can generate qualified delivery‑agent leads in Ghana using paid advertising. The role is focused exclusively on lead generation through Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads, with compensation paid hourly and performance measured by results.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage Facebook lead‑generation campaigns.
• Create and optimise Instagram advertising.
• Run Google Ads campaigns targeting delivery‑agent prospects.
• Test audiences, creatives and offers to improve lead quality.
• Reduce cost‑per‑lead (CPL) while maintaining qualification standards.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align lead flow with hiring needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Understanding of how Lead Forms work and how to optimise them.
• Proven ability to lower CPL through campaign optimisation.
• Comfort with testing, analysing data and iterating on ad performance.
• Preference for numbers‑driven decision making over opinion‑based approaches.
• Can provide concrete examples of past campaigns, budgets, CPL results and screenshots from Ads Manager.
