Personal Driver

About the role

Payswitch is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for its executives and staff in Accra and the surrounding region. The role involves daily commutes, business trips, and personal errands, requiring a professional attitude and high level of discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a luxury vehicle for scheduled pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
• Plan efficient routes, monitor traffic, and ensure timely arrivals.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well‑fueled, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or personal belongings.
• Conduct routine inspections and arrange servicing, repairs, and renewal of insurance and road‑worthy documents.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with the employer.
• Provide additional support for errands or tasks as requested.

Required profile

• Reside in or around Adjiringanor, East Legon, East Legon Hills, Adenta, or Madina.
• Minimum five (5) years of proven experience driving business executives and luxury vehicles.
• Valid Ghanaian driver’s licence.
• Excellent personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance.
• Age 45 years or younger.
• Christian faith.
• Fluent in English and at least one local Ghanaian language.
• Strong knowledge of Accra and surrounding areas.
• High integrity, discretion, and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Valid Ghanaian driver’s licence with at least five years of driving experience.
• Proficiency in operating luxury vehicles.
• Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance skills.
