Personal Shopper – Order Picker

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Personal Shopper (Picker) to join our Accra team. You will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing customer orders from our in‑store inventory, ensuring every item meets quality standards and matches the order specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Select and pack grocery and daily‑essential orders with speed and accuracy.
• Check product availability and perform approved substitutions when necessary.
• Handle products safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with store and operations teams to meet strict delivery time targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized picking area and report any stock issues.
• Provide feedback to improve picking processes and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Basic sales awareness for appropriate item substitutions.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow SOPs.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
• Comfort using mobile apps or handheld devices for order picking and task tracking.
• Previous experience in retail, supermarkets, warehousing, or last‑mile delivery is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
