About the role

We are looking for a Physics Expert to design and solve challenging physics problems that will be used to evaluate large language models. This is a remote, short‑term contract focused on creating high‑quality, step‑by‑step solutions with detailed reasoning.

Key responsibilities

Design and solve advanced physics problems for LLM evaluation benchmarks.
Produce clear, step‑by‑step solutions with thorough reasoning and visual explanations.
Collaborate with LLM researchers to define new evaluation benchmarks ranging from undergraduate to PhD‑level physics.
Analyze complex physics problems using logical, structured approaches.
Explain physics concepts in simple language, supported by visuals and reasoning.

Required profile

Master’s, Ph.D., or currently pursuing a Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Creative and lateral thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration in a remote environment.

What we offer

Task‑based compensation of $346 per approved task.
11‑week contract with 8 hours per day (including 4 hours overlap with PST).
