About the role
The Rehab Haven Ltd is seeking a full‑time Physiotherapist to join its on‑site team in Kumasi. The role involves assessing, diagnosing and creating personalised treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain and enhance patients’ quality of life.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
- Design and implement therapeutic exercise programmes tailored to individual needs.
- Provide education on injury prevention and self‑management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist.
- Strong diagnostic and patient evaluation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous professional development.
- Experience in rehabilitation, sports therapy, or geriatric care is an advantage.
