Policy Facility Grant Officer – International Development

About the role
The Policy Facility Grant Officer will support a five‑year programme aimed at improving staple food markets across Ghana, Burkina Faso, Nigeria and Niger. Based in Accra, the role combines policy analysis, evidence generation and advocacy to address market failures and promote equitable regional trade.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence, analysis and advocacy to support policy and regulatory reform for staple food markets in West Africa.
- Support the design and implementation of the Policy Facility component of the programme.
- Collaborate with partners in Ghana, Burkina Faso, Nigeria and Niger, including travel to field locations.
- Contribute to the development of business models for agricultural production and marketing.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and French.
- Experience in policy analysis, grant management or related fields within international development.
- Ability to work in a multi‑country context and travel as required.
