Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to manage and execute procurement activities across multiple categories for all internal departments. The role will act as the Business Engagement Leader, aligning procurement plans with business objectives and ensuring timely supply of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement plans for each budget holder, focusing on Total Cost of Ownership.
• Collaborate with regional and global category managers to manage requisitions, purchase orders, tenders, negotiations and supplier performance.
• Maintain contracts, monitor expiration dates, and drive efficiency in the vendor base.
• Ensure compliance with Puma Energy’s procurement processes, controls, approvals and reporting.
• Conduct market research, support business case creation and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Coordinate with finance to optimise the procure‑to‑pay process.
• Manage high‑volume procurement automation and act as primary contact for internal stakeholders and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including 2–3 years of management or sourcing roles.
• Strong technical background in Oil & Gas mid‑stream or multi‑site retail environments.
