About the role

Traaple is seeking a highly organized Producer to plan, coordinate, shoot, and deliver visual content that fuels the company’s growth across Africa. The role bridges creative execution and production logistics, acting as the operational backbone for all content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate shoot schedules, talent, creators, and partners.
• Manage production logistics, shot lists, and briefs.
• Capture high‑quality photo and video content at events, experiences, and activations.
• Produce short‑form content optimized for social platforms.
• Oversee the content pipeline from planning to publication, ensuring timely delivery.
• Organize media libraries and collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams.
• Cover events during evenings and weekends in fast‑moving environments.

Required profile

• Strong photography and videography abilities with the capacity to shoot independently.
• Experience editing short‑form video content.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Reliability and high accountability.
