Product Support Consultant – Water Solutions (Global)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Product Support Consultant to join its global team. You will work remotely, assisting customers of water‑solution products across multiple markets while collaborating with developers and cross‑functional specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer support via email and phone.
• Answer product‑related inquiries and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Stay current with product updates and communicate changes to users.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of client solutions and meet defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with developers and other specialists to resolve complex problems.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Experience handling a wide range of products and pre‑sales activities.
• Analytical thinking, research ability, and a proactive attitude.
• Reliable PC (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
