Production Executive (Tablet/Capsule/Oral Liquid)

About the role

OA&J Pharmaceuticals Ltd is expanding its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra. The Production Executive will join the production team responsible for tablet, capsule and oral liquid manufacturing, ensuring that daily operations are carried out in strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily manufacturing operations for tablet, capsule and oral liquid products.
• Maintain adherence to cGMP guidelines and SOPs throughout the production process.
• Monitor production equipment and processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Document activities accurately in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

Required profile

• Possess the necessary qualification for a production role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
