Programme Officer – M&E

About the role

MAP International is seeking a Programme Officer to lead Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities for its health and community development programmes in Sunyani, Ghana. The role involves establishing robust M&E systems, managing data collection, and building partnerships to enhance programme impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain M&E frameworks and tools.
• Collect, analyse and report on programme data to inform decision‑making.
• Identify and develop new relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Prepare high‑quality reports for donors and internal use.
• Support grant writing and contribute to successful funding applications.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, development studies, social sciences).
• Practical experience in monitoring and evaluation, information systems management, report writing and grant acquisition.
