Telehealth Physician (Bring Your Existing Patient Base)

About the role

GetYourCare (GYC) Africa is looking for experienced physicians who already have an established patient base and want to deliver virtual care through a secure telehealth platform. You will maintain clinical autonomy while the GYC team handles administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on high‑quality patient interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via the GYC telehealth platform.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients within your scope of practice.
• Develop and monitor treatment and follow‑up plans.
• Document all patient encounters accurately in the integrated EMR.
• Coordinate laboratory tests, imaging, referrals, and specialist consultations as needed.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, regulatory, and professional standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD, MBChB, DO or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license in your country.
• Established patient base that can be transitioned to the GYC platform.
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making abilities.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
