Project Architect

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Project Architect to join our dynamic team in East Legon, Accra. You will be responsible for turning client visions into functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces while managing projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to capture their needs, goals, and style preferences.
• Create design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Produce technical drawings, floor plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related tools.
• Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity, quality, and progress.
• Present design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, project managers, and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with a strong focus on interior design.
• Portfolio showcasing creative design thinking and executed projects.
• Excellent eye for detail, color, proportion, and functionality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines.
