Project Manager (Construction & Business Operations)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction, procurement, and business‑operation projects in Accra. The role involves full‑lifecycle management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular project reports, dashboards and executive updates.
• Oversee construction and infrastructure delivery, ensuring HSE and regulatory compliance.
• Manage procurement activities, tendering, vendor evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, government agencies and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant project‑management certification (PMP®, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Membership of PMI or another recognized professional body is a plus.
• Proven experience leading construction, procurement or operational projects.
