Project Manager – Construction & Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Project Manager to lead multiple projects across construction, procurement and business operations in Accra and the surrounding region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and close‑out, creating detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor performance against timelines, costs and quality standards, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, maintaining robust governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare regular project dashboards, reports and executive updates for senior management.
• Oversee construction and infrastructure projects from concept to hand‑over, ensuring compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Develop procurement strategies, manage tendering, vendor evaluation and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• At least 60 months (5 years) of project management experience, preferably in construction, procurement or business operations.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder management ability, capable of building effective relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers and government agencies.
• Experience in risk identification, mitigation and governance reporting.
