Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and real‑estate projects from planning through delivery. The role requires strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction and real‑estate projects, from initial planning to final hand‑over.
• Develop detailed project timelines, budgets and resource plans, monitoring progress against scope.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and environmental standards.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior management covering budget, schedule and performance.
• Maintain client relationships through clear communication and proactive service.
• Lead project meetings, aligning all team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction and real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• In‑depth understanding of budgets, contracts and scheduling.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
