Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Quantity Surveyor to join our on‑site team in Accra. The role supports the delivery of high‑quality residential projects by providing accurate cost information and ensuring financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for new and ongoing residential developments.
• Assist in cost planning, budgeting and forecasting throughout all project stages.
• Monitor project costs, track variations and produce regular cost reports.
• Support tendering processes and contract administration activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and contractors to deliver value‑engineered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and Ghanaian building regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurement and interpretation of drawings.
• Experience in cost planning, cost control and cost reporting on residential or real‑estate projects.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, tender processes and local regulations in Ghana.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
