Recruiting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Recruiting Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring of factory hands, artisans and semi‑skilled staff. The role is field‑based, requiring you to conduct recruitment drives in targeted communities across Ghana and ensure a steady pipeline of operational talent.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans and operational staff.
• Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting and coordinate candidate deployment.
• Support recruitment for skilled positions as needed.
• Organise and lead field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
• Engage community leaders to source candidates and represent the company at recruitment activations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, daily hiring trackers and onboarding documentation.
• Update recruitment data in real time and ensure compliance with recruitment standards and ethics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, outsourcing or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of factory manpower dynamics in Ghana.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English; fluency in local languages is a strong advantage.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
