Recruiting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a high‑output, street‑smart Recruiting Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring of factory hands, artisans, and semi‑skilled workers. The role is fully hands‑on and field‑based, requiring frequent community engagement and on‑site coordination of recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans, and operational staff.
• Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting, and coordinate candidate deployment.
• Support recruitment for skilled roles when needed.
• Organise and lead field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
• Engage community leaders to source candidates and represent the company at recruitment activations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, daily hiring trackers, and onboarding documentation.
• Update recruitment data in real time and ensure compliance with recruitment standards and ethics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, outsourcing/manpower supply, or industrial recruitment.
• Strong understanding of factory manpower dynamics in Ghana.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English; fluency in local languages is a strong advantage.
